1. Refund Policy

Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded except in the following circumstances:

  • Multiple Times Debiting: If the Customer's Card/Bank Account is debited multiple times or an excess amount is debited due to a technical error, the excess amount (excluding payment gateway charges) will be refunded.
  • Unsuccessful Subscription: If the subscription fails despite successful payment, Algorick will provide the subscription at no extra cost. If the customer requests a refund, it will be refunded after deducting payment gateway charges or any other applicable charges.
2. Refund Request Process

The customer will need to submit a refund application with the following details:

  • Transaction number
  • Original payment receipt (if available)
  • Send the application to support@algorick.com.
3. Refund Processing

The refund application will be manually processed and verified. If the claim is valid, the excess amount will be refunded through electronic mode within 21 calendar days. The refund may take 5–21 days to show up in the customer’s bank account, depending on the bank's policy.

4. Non-Responsibility Clause

Algorick assumes no responsibility for failing to process any payment instruction due to the following circumstances:

  • Incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, or delayed payment instructions
  • Insufficient funds or limits in the payment account
  • Funds in the account are subject to encumbrance or charge
  • Refusal or delay by your bank or the NCC in honoring the payment instruction
  • Events beyond the company's control (e.g., fire, flood, natural disasters, system failures, etc.)
5. Account Termination or Suspension

Algorick reserves the right to suspend or terminate any customer account at its sole discretion without prior notice. This can occur for any reason, including suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

Upon termination, the customer agrees to immediately stop using the services. The company is not liable for any such termination.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Disputes will be handled individually and not consolidated with any other party’s claim.
